Football boarding school

Full-time boarding school
Minimum age: 12 years
Annual planning
Coordination school, training in the performance group FOOTBALL SCHOOL and club training
Training sessions / week: 3x talent group training FOOTBALL SCHOOL
2x club training, strength training
Training, game, accommodation, food, transport

Part-time boarding school

Minimum age: 9 years
1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks of camps in the football boarding school
4 – 8 weeks – training programs in the football boarding school
U 09 – U 14 talent team
U 15 – U 20 talent team
Training sessions / week: 2-4x talent group training FOOTBALL SCHOOL
2x club training, game, advice
Individual annual planning and periodization of the training
Strength, speed and endurance test
