With a structured development path, highly qualified coaches, and individually tailored support programs, we prepare you optimally for your career. Our concept is based on years of experience and a clear development plan. Depending on your age, talent, and goals, we guide you through various stages of development – from your first professional training sessions to personalized support on your journey into the professional ranks.
Base Training & Talent Group Training
Afternoons from 1 PM
Our foundation: Weekly base training or daily talent group training gives you the opportunity to specifically develop your technical, tactical, and athletic skills. In small groups, you will receive individual support and be guided to the next performance level by experienced coaches.

Young Pro Group & Pro Groups
Your Entry into Competitive Football
Those with the potential get the chance to join our Young Pro or Pro Groups. Here, you train under professional conditions with other highly talented players who share the same goal: making it into professional football. Intensive training, targeted scouting, and individual support prepare you for the next steps in your career.
- U16 – U07 talent groups
- Training sessions per week: 2 – 4x talent group training at the FOOTBALL SCHOOL

Part-Time Boarding School
Intensive Development with Academic Flexibility
Do you want to intensify your training while staying in your familiar environment? Our part-time boarding school offers the perfect combination of high-level football training and academic education. You train daily at a top level without neglecting your school career.
- Minimum age: 9 years
- 1-week, 2-week, 3-week camps at the football boarding school
- 4 – 8 week training programs at the football boarding school
- U09 – U14 talent group
- U15 – U20 talent group
- Training sessions per week: 2 – 4x talent group training at the FOOTBALL SCHOOL
- 2 – 4x club training, match, consultation
- Individual annual planning and training periodization
- Strength, speed, and endurance test
- Strength, speed, and endurance training
- Development of an individual annual training plan
- Accommodation at the football boarding school during holiday and weekend training camps
- Young pro groups in the afternoons from 1:00 PM
Full-Time Football Boarding School
Live and Train Like a Professional
For ambitious talents who want to fully focus on their career, we offer our full-time football boarding school. Here, you live and train under professional conditions, receive optimal support in sports, academics, and mental development, and make progress every day on your path to professional football.
- Full-time program at the football school
- Placement in a youth performance center (NLZ) based on performance development and trial training
- Arrangement of trial training with a competitive club
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Annual planning
- Coordination of school, training in the performance group at the FOOTBALL SCHOOL, and club training
- Training sessions per week: 3x talent group training at the FOOTBALL SCHOOL
- 2 – 4x club training, strength, and fitness training
- Training management, matches, accommodation, meals, transportation
Total Management Contract
Your Springboard to Professional Football
From the age of 16, we offer comprehensive support through our total management contract. We assist you not only in training but also with club transfers, contract negotiations, media appearances, and career planning. Our goal is to prepare you optimally for a long-term professional career and support you throughout your entire journey.
